Mojo Monday #241

I really liked the sketch that Teresa Kline came up with for this week's Mojo Monday challenge. To join the challenge just hop over to the Mojo Monday blogspot and enter your creation! Here's this week's sketch:
I decided to use the CTMH Florentine Paper Pack. The beautiful Italian-looking themed paper worked well for the card I created. I really like the vintage feel to the colors in this pack. I also used the CTMH edge distresser that works perfectly for roughing up your paper edges for an even more vintage look!
My sister and her husband are celebrating 25 years of marriage at the end of the month so I wanted to make a special card for this very special occasion! The base is made from CTMH cocoa cardstock with the Florentine paper sewn on with my sewing machine. The Art Philosophy cartridge makes cutting the numbers and flowers, flourishes and leaves a cinch! I love this Cricut cartridge with it's 700 images! It makes the choices almost limitless. I used a few different stamp sets from CTMH. One is called Say It In Style and the other one for the inside sentiment is called Card Chatter-Love.
The center circle was 3rd generation stamped with a stamp from the March SOTM "Potential". The numbers and banner were run through the Big Shot with an SU embossing folder. The mocha opaques were also from CTMH.
Have a wonderful Thursday!
