Anniversary Wishes

I used the link found here to create this "Surprise Pop-up Card"
Black, Roxie, Colonial White and Smoothie cardstock were used. Stamp sets were: Say It in Style D1283, November's SOTM and December's SOTM. The bottom border was created with the Cricut AP Cartridge cut at 1" and I daubed Glitz Glitter Gel Z1313 for some bling!
