Baby Shower Invites

My niece is having a baby boy this coming April so my sister and I are hosting a baby shower. We created these post-card style invites from CTMH Dutch Blue cardstock and used the stamp sets: Zoology and Party Pennants from CTMH. The animals were stamped on circles punched at 1 1/4" and mounted onto color cardstock punched with a 1 3/8" circle punch. We hand cut the remaining shapes.

The colors we used were CTMH pear, outdoor denim, dutch blue, grey wool and whisper. The grey wool was embossed with a large dot embossing folder and the Big Shot and then the edges were sanded.

Mojo Monday #272

Exciting news.... I became a great aunt again yesterday to a 10# 3 oz. baby boy. My niece Anna's first child and he was a big baby! Both mom and baby are doing well!

For this week's Mojo Monday sketch I chose a baby card theme:

I chose a grey wool cardbase with chocolate and honey cardstock. The stamp sets were from CTMH called : Zoology and For Every Occasion.
